Privacy Policy
This website collects as little as it can. This page explains, in plain English, what it does collect, who handles it, and how to reach us about it.

Simplified Security Solutions ("S3", "we") operates this website. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking. The only personal data we ask you for is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
What this site collects
Browsing this site does not require an account and does not ask you for any personal information. Personal data is collected in one place only: the form on our Contact page. When you submit it, we receive:
- your first name and last name;
- your email address;
- your company name, if you choose to enter it;
- the message you write;
- the date and time of the submission, together with the IP address and country that Cloudflare reports for the request, which we use to identify abuse of the form.
Before the message is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile runs only on the contact page.
Like any website host, the service that serves this site keeps technical logs of requests (for example the IP address, the page requested and the browser type) to deliver pages and defend against attacks. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your inquiry and reply to it.
- Your message is delivered by email to contact@s3cyber.co, and your email address is used as the reply-to address.
- If your inquiry leads to further conversation or an engagement, we keep the correspondence as part of our normal business records.
- We do not add you to a marketing list, share your details with advertisers, or sell them to anyone.
Processors
Two companies process data on our behalf so this site can work. Each acts under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose described here.

You can read how each handles data in Cloudflare's privacy policy (external site) and Resend's privacy policy (external site). We do not use any other third-party services on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising, marketing or tracking cookies, and no non-essential cookies of any kind. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It is cookie-less: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you across other sites. We see aggregate counts, not individual visitors.
- Turnstile. The bot check on the contact page may use strictly necessary browser storage to complete its verification. It exists only so the form can work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Nothing else. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no social-media embed and no chat widget on this site.
Retention
This website does not keep a database of submissions. Your message exists as an email in our mailbox and, if it leads to a conversation, in the correspondence that follows. We keep it for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and we delete it on request (see below). Cloudflare and Resend retain the technical and delivery data they process for the periods stated in their own policies.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond to requests of that kind and act on them where the law requires and wherever we reasonably can. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the effective date shown at the top (currently ). Because we do not collect contact details for marketing, we will not notify you individually; the current version is always the one published here.
